Every year depression will affect tens of millions of people across the globe. Many will find the strength and support to overcome it. Many will sadly lose their lives to it. Self-proclaimed "trauma queens" and hosts of the Unqualified Therapist podcast. Amy Baumgardner and Sarah Simone, have each had their own personal battles with depression. For Amy, it took her husband. For Sarah, it nearly took her.
