About my guest:
Gunner Alan Lindbloom is a Detroit-based author of the popular "To Be A King" book series. He is the host of a weekly radio show, “OUR THING Detroit “ on 910am Superstation-WFDF.
In a past life, he was a notorious figure in the criminal underworld and boasts a tumultuous past as a former criminal and mafia enforcer. His life took a dramatic turn as he found himself behind bars, serving a lengthy 13-year sentence. During his time incarcerated, he faced the consequences of his actions, having been convicted for an array of unlawful activities. These included extortion, armed robbery, and bank robbery, among a staggering tally of 17 other capital crimes.
Today, he uses his past experiences to enact positive change through Detroit area youth programs.

It's important to consider seeking support from a licensed mental health professional or support group. Talking to a trusted friend/family member can also be beneficial in overcoming trauma and its aftermath.
